On Saturday my parents flew into town for Thanksgiving. Yesterday we enjoyed a yummy brunch at Blacksalt in Georgetown, and then headed over to the National Mall. It was so fun to prepare our little home for their arrival and even more fun to have them in our little home! On Wednesday we are heading to NYC to meet Joe's family and see the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. I am so excited! We also have lots more fun to have in D.C. the next few days. Life is good.
