Girl Time

My cousin Oksana came to San Antonio for the weekend. We had lots of fun eating on the river walk, wearing matching pajamas while watching chick flicks, eating at an ALL gluten free restaurant, shopping, and going to the Mcnay Art Museum.  Joe and I also had a much needed weekend in San Antonio. I believe it was our first since June 25th. This next weekend we have the Mcphail family reunion (Joe's mom's family). We are SO excited to have a relaxing weekend with family at Lake LBJ. Over the weekend I got some new running shoes... woohoo! No, really I was excited. Today I wore them for the first time, and I felt like a kid on the first day of school: taking out the tissue, getting the lasses just right, et cetera. Anywho, I promise I will have a real blog post some time soon. This nanny business just takes it out of me.
