MLK Weekend Pt.1

It's incredible how different (awesome) Saturday & Sunday feel when you have Monday off as well. We began our long weekend with date night on Friday and spent Saturday and Sunday eating Asian food, shopping, and just enjoying the gorgeous weather! Saturday we went into Annandale for some authentic Chinese food, and did some grocery shopping at a local Asian market H Mart. We ended our day with an evening walk around our neighborhood with Rémy, who due to winter making a reappearance, and my job hasn't gotten a walk nearly often enough . Sunday we shared a lazy morning with lots of snuggles, coffee, and cooking shows. After our morning we headed down to the waterfront for lunch (more Asian) and some shopping on King Street, it was a truly beautiful day here in Alexandria and we had to be outside.
